CHAP. 72.— An Act To correct the military record of Corwin M. Holt. February 4, 1909. [[H. R. 4931](/us/bill/60/hr/4931).] [[Private, No. 100](/us/pvtl/60/100).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Corwin M. Holt.Honorable discharge granted. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of being absent without authority now standing on the rolls of the Army against the name of Corwin M.
Holt, late a first lieutenant of Company B, One hundred and third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and grant him an honorable discharge as of May first, eighteen *Proviso.*No pay, etc.hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
