CHAP. 7.— An Act To authorize the construction of a drawbridge over the Black River in Lawrence County, Arkansas. February 1, 1908.[[S. 2694](/us/bill/70/s/2694).][[Public, No. 7](/us/pl/70/7).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Maxwell Coffin and hisBlack River.Maxwell Coffin may bridge, at Powhatan, Ark. assigns are hereby authorized to construct a railroad and wagon drawbridge across Black River at or near the town of Powhatan, in the county of Lawrence and State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionVol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 1, 1908.
