CHAP. 69.— An Act To authorize the Lewis Bridge Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River. February 4, 1909.[[H. R. 26606](/us/bill/70/hr/26606).][[Public, No. 209](/us/pl/70/209).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Lewis Bridge Company,Missouri River.Kans, and Mo.Lewis Bridge Company may bridge. a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point on the east side of said river in sectionLocation. eight, township fifty north, range thirty-three west, in Platte County, Missouri, to a point on the west side of said river in section twenty-seven 596 , township ten south, range twenty-five east, in Wyandotte County, in the State of Kansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges overVol. 24, p. 84. navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 4, 1909.
