That the Commissioner of the General Land Office be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a patent to issue to Stene Engeberg for lots one and two and the south half of the northeast quarter of section two, in township one hundred and fifty-nine north, of range eighty-seven west, in the State of North Dakota. Approved, March 7, 1908.
