[[S. 720](/us/bill/60/s/720).] [[Private, No. 28](/us/pvtl/60/28).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the final homesteadGertrude Halverson Aaby.Patent for home-stead land granted to.Description. entry heretofore made by Gertrude Halverson Aaby, widow of Sigbjorn H. Aaby, for the east half of the northwest quarter of section twenty-seven, township one hundred and forty-eight north, range thirty-eight west, fifth principal meridian, in the State of Minnesota, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed, and the Commissioner of the General Land Office is hereby authorized and directed to cause patent to issue thereunder.
