CHAP. 66.— An Act To authorize t he Secretary of War to donate two condemned brass or bronze cannon or field pieces and cannon balls to the county court of Marshall County, West Virginia. February 4, 1909.[[H. R. 24151](/us/bill/70/hr/24151).][[Public, No. 206](/us/pl/70/206).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Houseof Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarMarshall County, W. Va.Condemned cannon, etc., donated to. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to donate to the county court of Marshall County, West Virginia, two condemned brass or 595 bronze cannon or field pieces, with a suitable outfit of cannon balls, which may not be needed in the service, the same to be placed about a monument in honor of the soldiers from that county who served in the civil war, erected on the court-house grounds of said county, and for which the said county court are trustees: *Provided*, That no expense*Proviso.*No expense. shall be incurred by the United States in connection with the donation of the above-mentioned articles of ordnance property.
