CHAP. 65.— An Act Granting a pension to Agnes Lange Smith. March 7, 1908. [[S. 712](/us/bill/60/s/712).] [[Private, No. 22](/us/pvtl/60/22).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAgnes Lange Smith. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pensionPension. laws, the name of Agnes Lange Smith, widow of Lewis Smith, late major, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and lieutenant-colonel, Artillery Corps, United States Army, retired, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month.
