CHAP. 62.— An Act To refund certain moneys paid into the Treasury of the United States through mistake by Augustus Bannigan. February 3, 1909. [[H. R. 16191](/us/bill/60/hr/16191).] [[Private, No. 97](/us/pvtl/60/97).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theAugustus Bannigan.Reimbursement. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to repay Augustus Bannigan, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and fourteen dollars, paid into the Treasury of the United States by mistake by the said Augustus Bannigan, and which said money hits been placed to the credit of pension appropriations for eighteen hundred and ninety-three, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and eighteen hundred and ninety-five.
