CHAP. 61.— An Act To authorize the counties of Henry and Rock Island, in the State of Illinois, to construct a bridge across Rock River at or near Colona Ferry, in said State. March 7, 1908.[[H. R. 17422](/us/bill/70/hr/17422).][[Public, No. 42](/us/pl/70/42).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the counties of HenryRock River.Henry and Rock Island counties, Ill., may bridge, at Colona Ferry. and Rock Island, in the State of Illinois, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River at or near Colona Ferry, in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnVol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 7, 1908.
