CHAP. 60.— An Act To amend an Act to provide for the reorganization of the consular service of the United States. February 3, 1909.[[H. R. 26709](/us/bill/70/hr/26709).][[Public. No. 202](/us/pl/70/202).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Act entitled “AnConsular service.Catania. Italy. made a consulate.*Ante*, p. 101, amended. Act to provide for the reorganization of the consular service of the United States,” approved April fifth, nineteen hundred and six, as heretofore amended, is further amended as follows:
By striking out, in class nine, consuls, the word “Messina,” and by inserting after the word “Carlsbad,” in class seven, consuls, the word “Catania.” Approved, February 3, 1909.
