CHAP. 56.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across Current River, in Missouri. February 1, 1909.[[H. R. 23713](/us/bill/70/hr/23713).][[public, No. 200](/us/pl/70/200).] *Beit enacted* Ay *the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county court ofCurrent River, Mo.Carter County may bridge, near Van Buren Ferry. Carter County, Missouri, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, and approaches thereto, across Current River, at a point to be approved by the Chief of Engineers and Secretary of War, near Van Buren Ferry, in Carter County, Missouri.
Sec. 2. That the bridge authorized to be constructed by this ActConstruction.Vol. 34. p. 84. shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. reserved. Approved, February 1, 1909.
