CHAP. 52.— An Act To legalize a bridge across the Mississippi River at Rice, Minnesota. February 26, 1908..[[H. R. 12401](/us/bill/70/hr/12401).][[Public, No. 35](/us/pl/70/35).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the bridge constructedMississippi River.Bridge across, at Rice, Minn., legalized, etc. across the Mississippi River at the village of Rice, Benton County, Minnesota, by the authorities of said village, be, and the same is hereby, legalized, and the consent of Congress is hereby given to its maintenance by said authorities: *Provided*, That any changes in the*Proviso*.Changes. said structure which the Secretary of War may at any time deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation shall be promptly made by the owners thereof at their own expense.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1908.
