CHAP. 49.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Alcot Stover.The name of Alcot Stover, late of Company E, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
W. H. Twiford.The name of W. H. Twiford, late surgeon, Twenty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. John A. Wilcox.The name of John A. Wilcox, late of Company K, Seventh Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
