That the estate of Cornelius Van Cott, late postmaster of the city of New York, and the sureties on his bond be relieved from the payment to the United States of America of the sum of one thousand two hundred and eighty-five dollars and seventy-one cents, the amount paid H.
Clayton Graff during the fourth quarter of the year nineteen hundred and two and the first and second quarters of the year nineteen hundred and three, who was carried on the pay rolls at the New York City post-office for said period. Approved, January 28, 1909.
