CHAP. 45.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Lourcey. February 25, 1908. [[S. 1404](/us/bill/60/s/1404).] [[Private, No. 12](/us/pvtl/60/12).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Lourcey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Lourcey, late of Captain Brady’s company, First Regiment Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that, he is now receiving.
