CHAP. 41.— An Act Granting a pension to Emily Ayres. February 25, 1908. [[S. 638](/us/bill/60/s/638).] [[Private, No. 8](/us/pvtl/60/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theEmily Ayres.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Ayres, dependent and helpless daughter of Whiting L. Ayres, late of Company E, Twenty-eighth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1908.
