CHAP. 40.— An Act For the relief of B. Jackman. January 23, 1909. [[S. 2580](/us/bill/60/s/2580).] [[Private, No. 84](/us/pvtl/60/84).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to B.B. Jackman.Payment to. Jackman, agent of the Maine Central Railroad Company, Vanceboro. Maine, the sum of one thousand six hundred and seventy-eight dollars and eighty-eight cents, for refund of duties paid on one thousand four hundred and ninety-nine cases of condensed milk erroneously entered for consumption and shipped in transit through the United States to Dawson, Yukon Territory.
Sec. 2. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in theAppropriation. Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one thousand six hundred and seventy-eight dollars and eighty-eight cents for the purposes specified in this Act. Approved, January 23, 1909.
