CHAP. 40.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Lowder. February 25, 1908. [[S. 524](/us/bill/60/s/524).] [[Private, No. 7](/us/pvtl/60/7).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theJohn Lowder.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Lowder, late of Captain James A. Hunter’s Company, Utah Volunteers, Utah Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1908.
