CHAP. 38.— An Act Granting a pension to Alvah Moulton. February 25, 1908. [[S. 57](/us/bill/60/s/57).] [[Private, No. 5](/us/pvtl/60/5).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAlvah Moulton.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alvah Moulton, invalid and dependent child of Elias Moulton, late of Company G, Eleventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1908.
