CHAP. 335.— An Act To relinquish the interest of the United States in and to certain land in Dade County, Florida, to John M. Bryan, junior. March 4, 1909. [[S. 8555](/us/bill/60/s/8555).] [[Private, No. 223](/us/pvtl/60/223).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John M. Bryan Jr.Land in Dade County, Fla. released to. That the interest of the United States in and to the land situated in Dade County, in the State of Florida, to wit:
The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section one, township fifty-one, range forty-one south and east, is hereby relinquished and released unto John M. Bryan, junior, *Proviso.*Price per acre.of Dade County, Florida, and patent issue therefor: *Provided*, The said John M. Bryan, junior, pay one dollar and a quarter an acre for the land referred to prior to the issuance of the patent to him. Approved, March 4, 1909.
