CHAP. 332.— An Act For the relief of James H. Owen. March 4, 1909. [[S. 7782](/us/bill/60/s/7782).] [[Private, No. 220](/us/pvtl/60/220).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames H. Owen.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nine hundred and thirty dollars to James H.
Owen, of Los Angeles, California, found and held to be due him by the Secretary of the Interior under contract of May thirty-first, nineteen hundred and six, for the construction of buildings and irrigation works at the Truxton Canyon Indian School, Arizona. Approved, March 4, 1909.
