CHAP. 33.— An Act For the relief of James A. Russell. January 21, 1909. [[S. 3848](/us/bill/60/s/3848).] [[Private, No. 78](/us/pvtl/60/78).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theJames A. Russell.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James A. Russell, for transporting the mail on route numbered sixty-five hundred and thirty-one, from New Smyrna to Indian River, Florida, from January first to March thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, the sum of one hundred dollars.
