CHAP. 329.— An Act For the relief of the owners of the tug Juno. March 4, 1909. [[S. 5510](/us/bill/60/s/5510).] [[Private, No. 217](/us/pvtl/60/217).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tug Juno.Payment to owners of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the owners of the tug Juno, the sum of three hundred and seventy-six dollars and fifty cents, in full compensation for damages occasioned by collision with the United States Marine-Hospital Service steamer Neptune in Wilmington Creek, Delaware, on June fourth, nineteen hundred and seven. - Approved, March 4, 1909.
