CHAP. 326.— An Act For the relief of Howard B. Carpenter. March 4, 1909. [[S. 3810](/us/bill/60/s/3810).] [[Private, No. 214](/us/pvtl/60/214).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHoward B. Carpenter.Payment to. Treasury be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Howard B. 1620Carpenter the sum of two thousand four hundred and forty-six dollars and thirty-four cents, the balance due him for survey of boundary line between the States of Idaho and Montana, under contract dated February tenth, nineteen hundred and four.
