CHAP. 3.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved February sixth, nineteen hundred and seven. January 23, 1908.[[H. R. 251](/us/bill/70/hr/251).][[Public, No. 3](/us/pl/70/3).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Saint LouisMississippi River.Time extended for bridging, by Saint Louis, Mo.Vol. 34, p. 883, amended.*Post*, p. 585. shall have authority to construct the bridge mentioned in the Act entitled “To amend an Act to authorize the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved February sixth, nineteen hundred and seven, under and subject to the limitations and restrictions mentioned in the Act entitled “An Act to authorize theVol. 34, p. 461. city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved June twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and six, if the actualTime of construction. construction of the bridge therein authorized shall be commenced within one year from the approval of this Act and completed within three years from same date.
