CHAP. 295.— An Act For the relief of the Richmond Light Infantry Blues, of Virginia. March 3, 1909. [[H. R. 8661](/us/bill/60/hr/8661).] [[Private, No. 208](/us/pvtl/60/208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Richmond Light Infantry Blues of Virginia.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Richmond Light Infantry Blues, of the State of Virginia, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand seven hundred and eighty-eight dollars and forty-eight cents, in full settlement for their claim for clothing and other quarter-master supplies which were taken by the members thereof into the service of the United States in eighteen hundred and ninety-eight during the war with Spain, and worn out or lost or destroyed therein through no fault of their own.
