R. 8558](/us/bill/60/hr/8558).] [[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/60/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in. Congress assembled*, R. J. B Newcombe.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to R. J. B. Newcombe, his representatives or assigns, the, sum of nine hundred and sixty dollars and four cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same to be for loss sustained in constructing wharf and boathouse at the life-saving station on South Manitou Island, Michigan.
