CHAP. 289.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 3, 1909. [[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the pro visions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Richard H.
Atkinson.The name of Richard H. Atkinson, late captain Company F, Third Regiment Virginia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Peter De Moss.The name of Peter De Moss, late of Company B, Second Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pensions.Edward Johnson.The name of Edward Johnson, dependent father of Stirl Johnson, bite of Company F, Eighteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
