CHAP. 288.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 3, 1909. R. 28046](/us/bill/60/hr/28046).] [[Private, No. 201](/us/pvtl/60/201).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Turner Bartley.The name of Turner Bartley, bite second lieutenant Company H, Ninth Raiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
