CHAP. 284.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 3, 1909. Ritchie, late of Company F, Thirteenth RegimentPensions increased.James P. Ritchie. Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1560 Thomas J. Stephens.The name of Thomas J.
