CHAP. 280.— An Act For the relief of Nathaniel Huntley. March 3, 1909. [[H. R. 24995](/us/bill/60/hr/24995).] [[Private, No. 193](/us/pvtl/60/193).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Nathaniel Huntley.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws t he record of t he muster of Nathaniel Huntley into the military service of the United States as a member of Company E, Fifth Regiment Michigan Cavalry Volunteers, shall be held to be void and without effect, said Huntley never in fact having been mustered into the service as a member of that organization and never having rendered any service with it. but served as a member of Company A, One hundred and fourth Regiment New York Volunteers, and was honorably discharged from that organization.
