CHAP. 276.— An Act For the relief of Jackson Pryor. March 3, 1909. [[H. R. 8545](/us/bill/60/hr/8545).] [[Private, No. 189](/us/pvtl/60/189).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be,Jackson Pryor.Honorable discharge granted. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Jackson Pryor, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, so as to grant him an honorable discharge as of the date when said company was mustered out of service of the United States: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso*.No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
