CHAP. 275.— An Act For the relief of Henry A. Tolbert. March 3, 1909. [[H. R. 7048](/us/bill/60/hr/7048).] [[Private, No. 188](/us/pvtl/60/188).] *Be it enacted by the Senate a nd House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHenry A. Tolbert.Repayment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Henry A. Tolbert, of Barnegat, New Jersey, the sum of three thousand one hundred and eighty-five dollars, being the- penalty exacted from him as surety for his son, Harry W.
Tolbert, m default of the execution of his contract for the construction of a guardhouse and quarters at Fort Mott, New Jersey, in October, nineteen hundred and two. Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved, March 3, 1909.
