CHAP. 273.— An Act For the relief of F. S. Jette and Son, of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, for damage done to their wharf by United States dredge Cumberland. March 3, 1909. [[H. R. 2911](/us/bill/60/hr/2911).] [[Private, No. 186](/us/pvtl/60/186).] *Be it exacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theF.S. Jette and Son.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to F.
S. Jette and Son, of Chatham County, Georgia, the sum of seventy dollars for money expended and labor performed in repairing damages done to their wharf at Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, by the United States dredge Cumberland on May twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and six.
