CHAP. 272.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to donate one condemned brass or bronze cannon and cannon balls to the soldiers’ plot in Forest Hill Cemetery, Scranton, Pennsylvania. No. 325](/us/pl/70/325).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarObsolete ordnance.Granted to soldiers’ plot, Forest Hill Cemetery, Scranton, Pa. be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to donate to the soldiers’ plot in Forest Hill Cemetery, Scranton, Pennsylvania, one condemned brass or bronze cannon, with suitable outfit of cannon balls, which may not be needed in the service; the same to be placed by the Lieutenant Ezra S.
Griffin Post, Numbered One hundred and thirty-nine, Grand Army of the Republic, on the soldiers’ plot in the Forest Hill Cemetery, located at Scranton, Pennsylvania, in honor of the soldiers and sailors from that county who served their country and State: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by*Proviso.*No expense. the United States in connection with the donation of the above-mentioned articles of ordnance property.
