CHAP. 262.— An Act To authorize the Chicago, Iake Shore and Eastern Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Calumet River in the State of Indiana. March 3, 1909.[[[H. R. 27926](/us/bill/70/hr/27926).][[[Public, No. 315](/us/pl/70/315).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Chicago, Lake ShoreCalumet River.Chicago,Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Company may bridge, in Lake Country, Ind. and Eastern Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the States of Indiana and Illinois, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Calumet River in the northwest quarter of section four, township thirty-six north, range eight west of the second principal meridian, in Lake County, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges overVol. 34, p. 84. navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1909.
