CHAP. 26.— An Act For the relief of Pope and Talbot, of San Francisco, California. February 14, 1908. [[S. 1256](/us/bill/60/s/1256).] [[Private, No. 3](/us/pvtl/60/3).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pope and Talbot.Payment to for damages to schooner “Spokane.” That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Pope and Talbot, of San Francisco, California, the sum of three thousand one, hundred and seventy-nine dollars and twenty cents in full for damages to their schooner Spokane, injured by the United States revenue cutter Bear off the port of San Francisco, California, on the fourth day of June nineteen hundred and four.
