CHAP. 248.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and to certain widows and helpless and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 2, 1909. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.David Lanpher.The name of David Lanpher, late of Company I, Sixty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Lewis Beckwith.The name of Lewis Beckwith, late second lieutenant Company D, Fourteenth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
