CHAP. 245.— An Act To attach Dawson County, in the State of Texas, to the Abilene division of the northern judicial district of said State and to detach it from the Fort Worth division of said court. March 2, 1909.[[[H. R. 28305](/us/bill/70/hr/28305).][[[Public, No. 302](/us/pl/70/302).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Suites of America in Congress assembled*, That Dawson County, in theTexas northern judicial district.Dawson County transferred to A bilene division.Vol. 32, p. 67, amended.
State of Texas, be, and the same is hereby, attached to and’ made a part of the Abilene division of the northern judicial district of the State of Texas and detached from the Fort Worth division of said judicial district. Sec. 2. That all process against persons resident in said countv ofReturn of process, etc. Dawson and cognizable before the court in said judicial district shall be issued out of and made returnable to said court at Abilene, and that all prosecutions against persons for offenses committed in said comity shall be tried in said court at Abilene: *Provided*, That no civil*Proviso.*Pending causes. or criminal cause begun and pending prior to the passage of this Act shall be in any way affected by it.
