March 2, 1909.[[H.R. 15989](/us/bill/70/hr/15989).][[Public, No. 298.](/us/pl/70/298)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of CommerceAshtabula, Ohio.Change of lighthouse property. and Labor be, and he is hereby, authorized to exchange property now occupied by the Light-House Board at Ashtabula, Ohio, for other property of not less value at another location and to make a contract for such exchange. Approved, March 2, 1909.
