Lincoln.Naval record corrected. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the record of service of Edward T. Lincoln, late an acting master’s mate in the Navy during the war of the rebellion, to show that he was honorably discharged the service on January eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, January 20, 1909.
