CHAP. 234.— An Act For the relief of Niels P. Larsen. March 1, 1909. [[H. R. 8734](/us/bill/60/hr/8734).] [[Private, No. 181](/us/pvtl/60/181).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Niels P. Larsen.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and forty-eight dollars to Niels P. Larsen, postmaster, at Otto, Wyoming, to reimburse him for money-order funds lost by fire while being transported to a Government depository. Approved, March 1, 1909.
