CHAP. 222.— An Act To reimburse J. N. Newkirk, postmaster of San Diego, California, for moneys lost by burglary. February 26, 1909. [[H. R. 21167](/us/bill/60/hr/21167).] [[Private, No. 178](/us/pvtl/60/178).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, J. N. Newkirk.Reimbursement. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to repay to J. N. Newkirk, postmaster at San Diego, California, the sum of two hundred and thirty-four dollars and seventeen cents, to reimburse him for key deposit funds lost by burglary on February twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and six.
