CHAP. 215.— An Act Providing for an additional judge for the western district of Pennsylvania, and for other purposes. February 26, 1909.[[H. R. 26068](/us/bill/70/hr/26068).][[Public, No. 280.](/us/pl/70/280)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of thePennsylvania western judicial district.Additional judge appointed.R. S., sec. 551, p. 93. United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint an additional judge for the western district of Pennsylvania, whose length of term, compensation, duties, and powers shall be the same as now provided by law for the judges of said district.
