CHAP. 211.— An Act To complete the military record of Adolphus Erwin Wells. February 25, 1909. [[H. R. 10752](/us/bill/60/hr/10752).] [[Private, No. 173](/us/pvtl/60/173).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationAdolphus Erwin Wells.Honorable discharge granted. of the pension laws Adolphus Erwin Wells, of North Carolina, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States as a private of Company E, Ninth Regiment, Tennessee Cavalry, on the sixteenth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to have served continuously as such to the date of the muster-out of said company and regiment, and to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on the date of the muster-out of said company and regiment.
