CHAP. 207.— An Act Granting pension and increase of pension to certain soldiers and sailors of the war with Spain and other wars, and to the widows of such soldiers and sailors. May 27, 1908. [[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Jerry Murphy, late of Troop H, United States MountedPensions increased,Jerry Murphy.
