CHAP. 207.— An Act Granting a right of way over a strip of land along the eastern boundary of the Fort McPherson Military Reservation to the commissioners of Fulton Countys Georgia, for road purposes. R. 27864](/us/bill/70/hr/27864).][[Public, No. 276.](/us/pl/70/276)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarFort McPherson Military Reservation.Fulton County, Ga., granted right of way through. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a deed conveying to the commissioners of Fulton County, Georgia, a right of way over a strip of land twenty feet in width along the eastern boundary of the Fort McPherson Military Reservation, for so long only as theRestriction. same shall be used for a public road between College Park, East Point.
Fort McPherson, and Atlanta, Georgia: *Provided*, That the cost of*Proviso.*Cost of removal. etc., of buildings. removal and reconstruction of any post buildings which it may be found necessary to move in connection with the construction of said road way shall be borne by the authorities of Fulton County, Georgia.
