CHAP. 206.— An Act To authorize Behn Brothers, of San Tuan, Porto Rico, to construct a bridge across a portion of the Condado Bay, at the eastern extremity of San Juan Island, Porto Rico. R. 26838](/us/bill/70/hr/26838).][[Public, No. 275.](/us/pl/70/275)] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Behn Brothers, of SanCondado Bay, Porto Rico.Behn Brothers may bridge. Juan, Porto Rico, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across a portion of Condado Bay, at the eastern extremity of San Juan Island, PortoLocation.Vol. 34. p. 34.
Rico, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1909.
