CHAP. 205.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Fayette Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, from a point in the borough of Brownsville, Fayette County, to a point in the liorough of West Brownsville, Washington County,” approved April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. February 25, 1909.[[H. R. 26829](/us/bill/70/hr/26829).][[Public, No. 274.](/us/pl/70/274)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section seven of an ActMonongahela River.Time extended for bridging, by Fayette Bridge Company at Brownsville, Pa.Vol. 31, p 1236.*Ante*, p. 39, amended. entitled “An Act to authorize the Fayette Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, from a point in the borough of Brownsville, Fayette County, to a point in the borough of West Brownsville, Washington County,” approved April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. as amended by section one of the Act approved March seventh, nineteen hundred and eight, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows:
Sec. 7. That this Act shall be null and void unless the constructionTime of construction. of said bridge shall be commenced within one year from April twenty- third, nineteen hundred and nine, and shall be completed by April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and twelve.” Sec. 2. That the bridge to be constructed under the provisions ofConstruction. said Act shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges overVol. 34. p. 84. navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1909.
