R. 26466](/us/bill/70/hr/26466).][[Public, No. 271.](/us/pl/70/271)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the time fixed by theMississippi River,Time extended for bridging, by Burlington. Iowa. Act of Congress entitled “An Act to authorize the city of Burlington.
Iowa, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River,” approved 653 January twenty-third, nineteen hundred and eight, for the construction and completion of the bridge therein authorized to be constructed*Ante*, p. 2, amended.Time of construction. is hereby extended one year and three years, respectively, from January twenty-third, nineteen hundred and nine. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1909.
